Alignment Yoga in a group session. I am excited to offer this new way to participate in Alignment Yoga. On thursday evenings from 6:15-7:30 pm starting you can enroll in an 8 week session of alignment yoga. Classes are held once a week at Madison Christian Community on 7118 Old Sauk Road. Please call 608.770.9729 to enroll. You may try the class on Dec 15th or Dec 22nd at the same time and location. 8 week session rate is $96. All levels are welcome!

Other Therapies
I am available for scheduled therapy sessions on the days listed below. Please call 608.770.9729 to schedule CranioSacral Therapy, Indian Head Massage or Reiki treatments. All bodywork classes are $75/hour. The price is reduced to $70/hour if 5 or more classes are purchased in advance. These classes must be used within 6 months of purchase and can apply to any type of bodywork.
